I'd really like to start up something like Independents Hall here in Brevard county. Something in Central Brevard, with coffee nearby, a nice neighborhood for walking around the block to clear your head, plenty of parking, easy access to a library, close to a gym, close to restaurants in case you need to take a client to lunch, enough room for a conference room, high ceilings, separate areas for phone calls. Ideally not too far from I-95 so that it's easy to reach.
